(1) Before starting work, a comprehensive inspection of the drilling machine, tools, and fixtures should be carried out to confirm that there are no errors before operation.
(2) The workpiece clamping must be firm and reliable. When drilling small workpieces on a drilling machine, tools should be used to clamp them. It is not allowed to hold the drill with hands, and gloves are strictly prohibited during work.
(3) When using automatic cutting, it is necessary to select the appropriate feed rate and adjust the travel limit block. When manually feeding, gradually increase or decrease the pressure to avoid accidents caused by excessive force.
(4) When there are long iron shavings wrapped around the drill bit, it should be stopped and cleaned with a brush or iron hook. It is strictly prohibited to pull it by hand.
(5) When finely drilling deep holes or pulling out tapered rods, do not apply too much force to avoid hitting the tool with your hand.
(6) When the tool is rotating, it is not allowed to flip, clamp or measure the workpiece. Do not touch rotating tools with your hands.
(7) When using a rocker drill, no one is allowed to stand or obstacles are allowed within the rotation range of the cross arm. The cross arm must be clamped during operation.
(8) Objects are not allowed to be stacked on the cross arm and drilling machine workbench.
(9) When the workpiece is finished, lower the cross arm to the Z-low position, place the spindle box close to the spindle, and clamp it tightly.
