Daily maintenance of drilling and milling machines:
1. Clean the surface and dead corners of the machine tool, remove and wash each cover, and ensure that the inside and outside are clean, free of rust, yellow robe, and the paint is visible in its natural color. Clean the guide rail surface and remove burrs from the workbench. Check and complete the screws, handball, and hand board, and check the flexibility and reliability of each handle.
2. Main spindle feed box maintenance: Check the oil quality, maintain it in good condition, and ensure that the oil level meets the requirements. Remove burrs from the spindle taper hole. Clean the hydraulic transmission system, oil filter, and adjust the oil pressure.
3. Inspection of the rocker arm and lifting and clamping mechanism of the drilling and milling machine: Check and adjust the lifting and clamping mechanisms to ensure sensitivity and reliability.
4. Inspection of lubrication system for drilling and milling machine: Clean the oil felt and ensure that the oil cup is complete, the oil circuit is unobstructed, and the oil window is bright.
5. Inspection of cooling system for drilling and milling machine: Clean the cooling pump, filter, and cooling liquid tank. Check the coolant pipeline and ensure that there is no water leakage.
6. Inspection of the electrical system of the drilling and milling machine: Clean the dust inside and outside the motor and electrical box. Turn off the power, open the electrical door cover, and check if the electrical connectors and components are loose or aging. Check if the limit switch is working properly. Does the power outage when opening the door work. Check if the hydraulic system is functioning properly, if there is any oil leakage, and if all electrical control switches are functioning properly.
