The iron filings of the deep hole drilling machine are too long, and it is necessary to accelerate the feed rate to make the iron filings thicker and shorter, which is conducive to discharge;
The cooling oil of the deep hole drilling machine is insufficient. Start two pumps, increase the oil pressure and quantity;
The rubber sleeve of the deep hole drilling machine is too loose and does not absorb vibration, and a new rubber sleeve needs to be replaced;
The tool of the deep hole drilling machine is deviated, causing the tool to rub against the iron filings and the inner side of the hole, which will naturally deviate and produce a noise. I suggest you adjust the cutting parameters and optimize the cutting.
Gun drill: With only one cutting part, Z was originally used for machining gun barrels. During drilling, the cutting fluid enters from the middle of the drill pipe, is sprayed into the cutting area through the small hole on the head of the drill bit, and then is discharged from the V-shaped groove of the drill bit with chips. Gun drills are suitable for processing deep holes with an aperture of 2-20 millimeters and a ratio of hole depth to aperture greater than 100.
Deep hole drilling machine: Cutting fluid is fed into the gap between the drill pipe and the hole wall, and chips are discharged from the inner hole of the drill pipe by the pressure of the cutting fluid. Deep hole drills are suitable for drilling deep holes with a diameter of 6 millimeters or more, and the ratio of hole depth to diameter is less than 100. Their production efficiency is more than three times higher than that of gun drills.
